Consolidate Risk is an Australian risk consultancy supporting organisations operating in complex and higher-risk environments.
We provide independent strategic risk advice, threat intelligence, travel risk management, organisational resilience, crisis management and incident response, and training and capability development.
Our work is informed by experience across the United Nations, humanitarian operations, government and international risk management. Consolidate Risk was established from a simple observation: risk decisions are only as good as the understanding behind them.
In complex and high-risk environments, information and technology can support analysis, but they cannot replace human judgement. Understanding whether an actor is hostile or friendly, whether a checkpoint is safe or dangerous, or how local dynamics may affect an operation requires context and experience.
